“The service I’ve received from Specialized Insurance is excellent. I’m invariably requesting insurance certificates for our customers many of which aren’t clear about the details or timely in their requests. Brittany and Tonya and the whole crew at Specialized really make the effort to turn things around as fast as possible – usually in less than a day. For more complicated requests, they always keep you in the loop. This may not seem like much, but I’ve worked with other agencies that weren’t as prompt at responding and that meant delays in getting paid. It’s nice to work with an agency that is just as concerned with providing support as it is in selling policies.
Update 11/22/19:
Once again Specialized has come through in a pinch. We had a tight deadline on a bid and needed to price add’l insurance policies and Brittany once again helped make this happen. We call Specialized at the 11th hour and they came through. Great service.

Specialized really provides great customer service – one of the best insurance agencies I’ve worked with in the past 25 years.
